The Diplomatic Ladies Group in Suriname met at the Chinese Embassy on March 27.  Madame Li Jing delivered her welcoming address.  The Chinese saying "half the sky", referring to the contribution of women to society, won hearty concurrence of the guests.

After the meeting, members of the DLG learned how to make Chinese dumplings with great enthusiasm.  And, sure enough, everyone had a great time and enjoyed the delicious traditional Chinese food.
